So I read both series and it just made me interested in the Marvel Universe, which I really didn't care about before. I had grown kind of jaded after the DC reboot, but reading AA and X-23 kind of rejuvenated my interest in comics. So, thank you for having such excellent taste.

Ok, so I really didn’t expect any messages in my ask box. I even considered deleting the post because it felt like pandering, and I just hate the idea of that, especially if I was pandering and not getting any responses.

But damn, this is really sweet of you. Exceptionally so.

I’m glad I got you into X-23 and AA because they’re just good books, I think. And I do think that they make it clear how comics can be really great. I know sometimes I get bogged down by the bullshit in the medium (some of the reboot stuff hit me really hard as well), so it’s nice to be able to read a comic and legitimately enjoy it. And I think both AA and X-23 achieve that.

But, yeah, again, I didn’t expect anything from this meme, so to have a message that legitimately made my night was really nice to have. Thank you so much for being so sweet. Having you on my dash has been a real joy, and I really can’t thank you enough for this message. You’re wonderful, and now have a very dear place in my heart. (I hope you don’t mind).
